We Wish you a Merry Christmas!

We had such a wonderful Christmas this year!
We hope you all did too!

Minute to Win it - Christmas Eve

I always look forward to Christmas Eve with my family.
Of course we have to have funeral potatoes, Honey Baked ham, jello, & Shirleys rolls! After dinner it's time for games!
We started a fun tradition a couple years ago that has been a hit every Christmas Eve.
Minute to Win It games!
I try to come up with new ones every year, and they are so fun!

"Chopstack" // This game you had to stack 4 chopsticks with chop sticks in 1 min.

"Christmas Ball" // Try to roll the ornament from the 'start' line to the 'finish' line with the gift box in a minute.

"Dicestack" // With a popsicle stick in your mouth, try to stack 6 dice on top of each other in a minute.

"Jinglebox" // With a kleenex box tied around waist, with pingpong balls in it, try to shake out all the balls in a minute.

"The Flour Game" // This game has been in our family for ForeVer! We loved this as little kids and couldn't believe that we hadn't introduced Cam to this game yet!
Fill flour in a small cup. Pack tightly. Put on a plate and a dime on top. Everyone gets a a turn cutting from top to bottom a slice of the flour. Whoever makes the dime fall into the flour has to pick it out - with their mouth!! Hilarious. Everytime.

We also have the tradition of opening our gifts that the "kids" got each other.

Merry Christmas Eve!

Until We Meet Again

Cam's grandpa passed away peacefully on December 11, 2013. We will miss him so much. I will never forget what a great man & example he was to so many.
Until we meet again.

My Top Favs for Christmas

I thought I would post some of my most FAVORITE things lately. These would be a great gift or stocking stuffer!
1. Eyebrow (But really face) Razors // I found these by watching a video by Michelle Money. Ok. Pathetic I know. But ever since I have started using these my makeup stays on SO SO GOOD. It takes off all the peach fuzz from my face and neck and it seriously keeps my makeup on all day. I usually do it every couple weeks or so. Tutorial here

2. MAC Eyebrow Crayon // I just recently started using this crayon in the color lingering. It has changed my brow look completely! It stays on all day because of the wax in it and keeps your brows in shape all day!

3. Stance Socks // Loving these socks with ankle boots! So thick and comfy!

4. Anastasia Brow Powder Duo //  This goes so great with the MAC Eyebrow crayon. I use this with a slanted brush to fill in my brows after using the crayon.

5. Pureology Dry Conditioner // I use this daily. Seriously! I love my hair looking all the same texture. I know I know.. I'm weird. I had been using Moroccan Oil or other oils for my ends but this does just as good and is not so... oily. Plus the smell is AHmazing.

6. Rifle Paper Co. Iphone 5s Case // I'm always looking for the 'perfect phone case.' And I found it! It is an inlay case, good protection and such a cute print!

7. Elizabeth Smart : My Story // What an amazing amazing book. This story had me the whole time. Love how she teaches by her example and courage. A must read!!

I have always loved leopard print, so I had to add this one to my shop! Made from a soft stretch knit, this is the most perfect head wrap for fall & winter. Seriously. It is so comfy to wear all day and is the cutest print to mix and match with!

Celebrating The Best 3 Years

Happy Anniversary to my love!

I love celebrating our anniversary. It reminds me of what has been accomplished, the trials and hardships that have been conquered, the goals we have met (and are hoping for), and celebrating US!

We have had the best and hardest 3 years.

But being married to my best friend for eternity- what could be better?

We have learned SO much these last 3 years together. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

We decided to celebrate our 3 years with a little getaway trip. We couldn't take too much time off work, so Salt Lake was perfect. A quiet City Creek Marriott room with an awesome view, couples massages, yummy restaurants, some SOME shopping - It was Cams weekend too, still wanted to keep him happy, old house looking, Grand America Macaron eating, and a hike overlooking the Valley was a perfect anniversary weekend.
